Two 4-Hour Days: Dive deep into the world of sound healing with two full days of immersive learning and practice.
Comprehensive In-Person Instruction: Learn directly from an experienced practitioner, ask questions, and receive personalized guidance throughout the workshop.
Practical Application: Emphasizing both theory and practical skills, you'll have the chance to put your knowledge into action and explore different techniques with crystal sound bowls.
Sound Practitioner Manual: Receive a comprehensive manual designed specifically for sound practitioners, serving as a valuable resource even after the workshop ends.

Day 1
1. Introduction to Sound Healing

- Brief history and cultural context of sound healing practices.
2. The Science of Sound
- Exploring the physics of sound waves and vibration.
- How sound affects the body, mind, and emotions.
3. What are Crystal Bowls?
- Overview of the bowls (e.g., sizes, tuning, alchemy, note,).
- How to care / pack your bowls.
4. Techniques and Practices
- Basic techniques for using sound in healing sessions. (e.g., how to play your bowls)
- Guided exercises for participants to experience the effects of sound healing.
Day 2
5. Understanding the Energy Body
- Introduction to the chakra system and its connection to sound healing.
- Exploring the concept of resonance and harmonizing energy centres.
6. The Endocrine System and Sound Healing
- How each bowl correlates with the endocrine system.
- Understanding the impact of sound on hormonal balance and overall well-being.
7. Music Theory for Sound Healing
- Introduction to the fundamentals of music theory.
- Exploring how musical elements such as rhythm, melody, and harmony enhance sound healing sessions. (e.g.,intervals/cords)
8. Practical Application / Final Presentation
